  • 1812 E. Madison. You enter the building from the parking lot on 18th NOT MADISON. It's not the building on the corner but the one next to it (inside the parking lot). Go up the ramp, inside the building there is a little waiting area, hang a right to go downstairs and another right to my studio #10 Lydian Studios. If there are parking slots available in the 2nd lot (lot farthest from the street) you may park there. Otherwise please consider allowing enough time to find street parking.

  • Students are given the option of participating in two annual shows. One is held in the summer and is catered to a student only audience. The second is a holiday variety show held at a large music venue in Seattle and attendees include the general public

  • Songwriting workshops happen occasionally and future workshops will be advertised here

NEW STUDENT FAQs

  • Please email or bring any sheet music you are currently working on if any and a notebook. For online lessons you are free to show up as your most authentic self from the comfort of your own home! Messy buns and sweatpants are totally welcome here. Regardless of the pace of your life, we meet you where you are.

  • I have a strict 24 hour cancelation policy. Please let me know when you need to take time off in advance. I will hold your lesson spot for two weeks if you need to take a break. After two weeks you must pay the full rate to hold your time slot. Do not come to the studio if you are sick. Online lessons are always available if you are unable to make in-person sessions.

  • Voice and piano coaching at Lydian Studio aims to empower artists to truly stand out. I strongly believe that the key ingredient to success is embracing individuality. Through a student-centered approach, I guide you in reaching your goals by incorporating self-compassion, play, and science-based tools. My ultimate goal is to enable you to secure more professional opportunities, experience greater creative fulfillment, and discover and express themselves authentically.
